Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. These fees are calculated at checkout.
Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. A return delivery charge will be applicable should delivery not be successful due to inadequate access.

Pre‑orders let you secure a product before it arrives. You’ll see an estimated delivery window on the product page, and we’ll keep you updated if this changes. All pre-orders will receive an email following your order confirmation, detailing all timelines and the pre-order delivery process.

Accoutrements
Worn Store ships small, non-fragile décor items via Australia Post. Delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law).
All Worn Store products are quality controlled, however, should a product be delivered that has been damaged in transit, has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery.
