Special Conditions and Sale Conditions

All customers agree to the following terms and conditions upon finalising their sale and prior to receiving their goods.

*Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.

*Please note that refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale.  

Please follow our returns process below:

  1. Email hello@wornstore.com.au with your order number, within 5 days of the date of delivery, indicating that you would like to return for a refund.
  2. You will receive an email response with request to return your item to our Head Office ATTN: RETURNS

Worn is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Worn reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your refund*. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

For items purchased on sale or with a discount code, we offer credit or exchanges, we ask that you return your order following the above steps.

Refunds on Furniture

Please note, we do not offer refunds on any furniture items and delayed delivery for pre-order items is not grounds for a refund request.

Orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds unless in exceptional circumstances.

By pre-ordering your products you are guaranteed to receive your ordered item. Additional items not pre-ordered are not guaranteed to be available as our pieces are very limited in production. Because of this, we do not take cancellations on pre-orders, or offer refunds

If an order is received and has been damaged in transit, or is faulty in any way, we reserve the right to replace the item before entering into a refund resolution. Please note that refunds will not be given past 30 days of receiving the item.
