The sustainably made Tao Table is designed for the multiple purposes of bedside and lounge side table, and weight-bearing stool.
Working from a teak base, the surface of the Tao Stool is then burned in the traditional Japanese shou sugi ban technique.
The result is a slightly crackled, matte and rich surface texture.
The dimensions of the stool are generous to ensure they adequately serve multiple purposes. As a pair they are excellent side tables, on their own a point of interest with stacked books or an antique vessel.

As we are a sustainable business, we do not make a large excess of stock and it is not always possible to offer an exchange for change of mind for an alternative style.
We personally inspect all items prior to the individual courier delivering your item/s and all items are sent in perfect condition. If your piece is damaged in transit we unquestionably provide a replacement at no extra cost.
