When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these terms:
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of WORN Store.
WORN Store does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by third party payment authorities PayPal and Stripe.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. WORN Store reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are dispatch upon payment being made in full.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products in WORN Store may not be available immediately but can be pre-ordered and will be labelled as such. As is the nature of Worn, we do not stock high quantities of any of our items. The stock is strictly limited and once sold out we cannot confirm re-availability.
As all of our furniture is made-to-made, we orchestrate sales through pre-order. Pre-ordering means your order will be made by hand, especially for you. We do not bulk manufacture our goods and hold very few units in stock between shipments. Four times a year we deliver our orders to our customers.
To place an order, all pre-orders will be processed through our website with full payment taken at the time of checkout.
All current furniture pre-orders are estimated to be shipped in December 2018 (pending your shipment batch as outlined in the product description at the time of purchase). Once shipped customers will receive an order shipment confirmation via email, followed with a tracking number when your item has been dispatched.
By pre-ordering your products you are guaranteed to receive your ordered item. Additional items not pre-ordered are not guaranteed to be available as our pieces are very limited in production. Because of this, we do not take cancellations on pre-orders, or offer refunds.
Please note, all delivery dates are noted on the individual product descriptions on this website. Delivery dates and stock availability does differ pending the style.
Worn reserves the right to sell stock at a first in best-dressed opportunity. Items stocked within our boutique are not allocated for pre-order and within each shipment, additional stock is allocated for our boutique, and in the case that you have pre-ordered for a later arriving shipment, this does not mean the available stock instore is allocated to you. By pre-ordering you secure your item with Worn and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
At WORN Store we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Shipping within Australia
Clothing and Accessory Orders are dispatched within 7 (business days). PLease note, we dispatch orders once per week.
Flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping is charged on all orders. Unless the item is oversized, then an oversized postage cost of $20 AUD will be automatically added. For multiple items within the one order, additional postage will be calculated pending on the items selected.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Startrack.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide details to Worn and liaise with Australia Post or our registered courier service. We will, however, provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim and assist where possible.
No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing in transit if the address provided was incorrect. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail
Generally, orders will be received within 20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer
Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by Australia Post as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Duties & taxes
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. WORN Store is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
Faulty items & damages
WORN Store products are handmade using high-quality products and materials. Due to the manufacturing process, any slight markings or variations are intentional and part of the handmade nature. Our items may possess imperfections as no two pieces are exactly the same. Please welcome the idiosyncrasy of the one you will receive.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us, providing images and details and we will review and correct if indeed found faulty. Please note, if structurally your item is not affected, this will likely come under a natural imperfection and will not warrant a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive an order which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.

Cancellation Fee’s for furniture orders
Once a customer enters into the binding contract of purchasing an item(s) of furniture through Worn. The sale cannot be canceled if, for example, the customer cancels because of inconvenience, difficulty, delay, price, or misreading of delivery schedules. If ruled by Worn, for extreme circumstances a refund may be issued, resulting in a cancellation fee of 20% for breaking your contract, for time invested and loss of income for Worn. Worn also reserves the right for up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.
