Shipping Information

At WORN Store we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Dispatch Orders

Clothing and Accessories

All successfully placed orders will be processed within 7 business days of your order. We aim to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and so only post items once per week. Please allow up to two weeks for your goods to arrive. Delivery timeframes will depend on whether you are located in a metro, regional or country area.
For all Australian orders shipping is calculated at checkout and is a flat rate for standard shipping. If you would like your item express posted, please email us directly and we can assist you. Express shipping will incur an additional postage fee.

For all international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout and is a flat rate fee for standard shipping.

 

Shipping within Australia

Flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping is charged on all orders. Unless the item is oversized, then an oversized postage cost of $20 AUD will be automatically added.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier Please.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damage or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or our registered courier service. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Flat rate of $20 AUD for standard shipping is charged on all orders. Unless the item is oversized, then an oversized postage cost of $40 AUD will be automatically added.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail

Generally, orders will be received within 20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer

Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by Australia Post as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Duties & taxes

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. WORN Store is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

 Furniture

Our furniture is made sustainably by family-owned businesses based outside of Australia. We pride ourselves on making products that are hand-made and not factory produced, and where the person who made your piece is paid fairly and directly for their work.
Furniture shipments are dispatched 4 times per year, approximately every 4 months. Depending on when your order is placed your shipping timeframe will be determined by the dated proximity time until shipping.

All orders incur a flat rate shipping fee, this covers the costs of international shipping, all ports and duties charges, and the delivery of your order to your door by local courier. Shipping timeframes are not always the same but we endeavor to deliver to you within the quickest possible timeframe and remain available for any enquires during your shipping wait time.

Shipping furniture within Australia

All online prices include international shipping as our products are made offshore, all port and duties fees, and a courier of your order, direct to your door.

Free Metro Delivery within SYD/MELB/GOLD COAST/BRISBANE – 25km radius of the CBD.

For orders to WA, SA & ACT & out of Metro Areas – please note additional delivery costs are incurred and will be calculated at checkout.

No pickup option available. All WORN items are dispatched from our Western Sydney warehouse and sent directly to your door as part of our fixed shipping rate. Collection via our Bangalow boutique also incurs the same fixed shipping rates.

International shipping

Currently, Worn furniture pieces are only available to Australian customers. If you are based outside of Australia and wish to purchase a piece from the Worn collection, we are happy to assist with the purchase of the item, but shipping, logistics, additional fees and liability is the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-order

As all of our furniture is made-to-made, we orchestrate sales through pre-order. Pre-ordering means your order will be made by hand, especially for you. We do not bulk manufacture our goods and hold very few units in stock between shipments. Four times a year we deliver our orders to our customers.

To place an order, all pre-orders will be processed through our website with full payment taken at the time of checkout.

All current furniture pre-orders are due to be shipped from September/October 2017. Once shipped customers will receive an order shipment confirmation via email with a tracking number.

By pre-ordering your products you are guaranteed to receive your ordered item. Additional items not pre-ordered are not guaranteed to be available as our pieces are very limited in production. Because of this, we do not take cancellations on pre-orders, or offer refunds.

Please note, all delivery dates are noted on the individual product descriptions on this website. Delivery dates and stock availability does differ pending the style. Please note, once an order has been placed, we do not grant refunds under any circumstances. Deposits and orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds unless in exceptional circumstances.
